![]() ![]() If you obtained a key from a reseller a long time ago, it is likely the key is now "deprecated". The key can be obtained at the User Area: all "deprecated" keys now have a corresponding "new" key. Note that the latest plug-in versions, if you installed one, require a "new" key (which has a "long" format). Or use the plug-in's built-in "automatic product key download" feature which downloads product keys from your Voxengo account automatically. It is suggested that you use the copy&paste functions to enter the key so that no entry mistakes happen. This may happen when key is entered manually, due to mistyping. I'm trying to enter the key you have provided, but the product still stays in the "Demo" state. ![]()
